  3. Expand aviation activities by keeping a pace with and support ICAO TRAINAIR Mandate
  4. Accelerate Support to Aviation Academies and training centers in training of CDs, Validators, Instructors, Development of Courses and active participation in aviation program.
  5. Establish a viable mission to address the inland and global civil aviation training needs in view of latest technological advancement and developmental changes in civil aviation.
  6. Support Aviation World on recently emerged technologies like CNS ATM.
  7. Focus on eLearning and design and conduct eLearning courses to facilitate training needs
  8. Improve the safety and efficiency of air transport through the establishment and maintenance of high standard of training and competency of aviation world
